They order considerable volume at the holidays and request impossibly low wholesale pricing from their roasters, leaving them to scrape past crop spot offerings or purchase green coffee with ethically questionable sources. After all that, they run horribly delinquent on their roasted coffee bills, leaving small specialty roasts hamstrung in their cash flow and struggling to purchase more green after the busiest season of the year. This company needs to actually do better instead of just trying to appear to be a good company.
