Mexico produce some amazing coffees. ‘ve had outstanding lots fri Nayarít, and of course the quintessential Plumas de Oaxaca, and recently came across a jewel from Chiapas but eastward in what is terrain and culture-wise Guatemala. Those are the origins I’ve”met” but I’m pretty certain they are not the only ones.

I have also had chilaquiles cooked in a private home in Tepic, Nayarit, and while I’ve been able to duplicate it myself here at home in the States, I”ve never had the equal in any “mexican” restaurant in the EEUU.

I have friends in St. Louis who have spent considerable time in Mexico, and have enjoyed the Mexican coffees I have provided them. I will be telling them about Brew Tulum. I’m certain they will go try, and enjoy, and soon.
